I’m Laura, 32, Taurus, seasonal enthusiast, book lover, and someone who fully embraces her inner Lorelai Gilmore when it comes to coffee, cosy vibes, and celebrating every season like it’s a personality trait. We’re currently renovating our second home, with our cat Lola who supervises every paint stroke like the tiny queen she is.

This space is where I share home transformations, nature filled adventures, hiking escapes, style and beauty favourites, and the little everyday moments that make life in your thirties feel both grounding and magical. Think crisp morning walks, fresh chapters, renovation dust, and outfits that feel like a warm hug on the days you need it most.

  I remember watching the original Circus Tour back in 2009 and genuinely feeling like the whole arena was floating. I was fifteen, dramatic, emotional, and fully convinced I was living my main character moment. The Wedding Series VENUE Well, it's been 4 months of chaos. We've moved house, are renovating and are currently planning a wedding. I'm sorry to say this has left me little time to blog at the moment which is saddening but hopefully I will be able to post at least once a month when things start to settle! Rowton Castle Wedding Open Day: Falling in Love With a Heritage Venue

  There are some venues you visit… and some you feel . Rowton Castle is firmly the latter. I attended their Summer Evening Wedding Open Day, and from the moment I turned off the country road, I knew I was about to experience something special. The sun was beginning to dip, the air was warm, and the Shropshire countryside was glowing in that soft golden haze that makes everything feel a little more romantic. Driving up the long approach, the castle slowly revealed itself, first the pond shimmering to my left, then the field to my right dotted with livestock, all framed by mature trees swaying gently in the breeze. With the wind blowing through my hair and the castle coming into view, I genuinely felt like royalty arriving at my own private estate.
